INSPIRATION
The leaves for these pendants were hand collected in Northern Vermont in the fall of 2020. The changing colors show them in their process of reclaiming nutrients from the foliage and allowing them to fall from the branches before the winter sets in. These stores of energy allow them to survive the winter and flourish in the spring.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Metal alloys create either a silver or antique bronze finish as a setting for the naturally dried maple leaves. Glass Cabochons cover the leaves.

1" in diameter, 1.4" with eyelet, 7mm deep

I love wearing this necklace. It transitions well between casual clothing and also works well as a beautiful piece for days in my office. I love wearing it anytime but find I’m particularly drawn to wanting to wear it when I’m feeling out of sorts or anxious. It definitely seems to help keep me grounded on those tough days.
